Zivayu Naturels Kankrej Cow A2 Bilona Ghee is a premium desi cow ghee made from the milk of indigenous Kankrej cows, known for their strong Indian breed heritage and naturally rich A2 milk.

Prepared using the traditional whole milk Bilona method, this ghee is not made from cream or shortcuts. Fresh A2 Kankrej cow milk is first converted into curd, then slowly hand-churned to separate pure makhan. This makhan is then gently heated on low flame to create aromatic, golden, granular Bilona ghee.

To make 1 kg of this ghee, approximately 35 litres of desi cow milk is used. The only by-product of this traditional process is chaas, which makes this ghee more labour-intensive, more authentic, and more valuable than ordinary market ghee.

Its rich aroma, natural grainy texture, and traditional taste make it perfect for dal, rice, khichdi, roti, paratha, sweets, pooja, and everyday cooking. For families looking for pure A2 Bilona ghee, Zivayu Naturels is a trustworthy choice rooted in Indian tradition, purity, and slow preparation.

Don't take Our words for it

Test the Purity Yourself

Three home tests. Sixty seconds each. If we ever fail, your money back – no questions.

The Pan Test

The Pan Test

A teaspoon in a heated pan should melt instantly into clear golden liquid – no white residue, no foam.

The Palm Test

The Palm Test

Rub a few drops between your palms. Pure ghee absorbs into the skin within 30 seconds, leaving a faint nutty aroma.

The Freezer Test

The Freezer Test

Refrigerate for an hour. Pure A2 ghee separates into distinct layers of varying golden hues – adulterated ghee stays uniform.
